The Visibility Report is a single, self-contained web page: no login,
no live connections, nothing to install. Each section below shows what is in the
report today, with the live numbers from the current demo build. Open What is this
section for? under any card to see its larger purpose in the client conversation.

Before the sections: the page frame
Orientation and trust. Before a single metric, the client sees whose data this is, where it comes from, and what window it covers.
Left sidebar: logo, report meta, and a numbered jump menu that highlights as you scroll.
Top bar: connection badges for the sources feeding the report (Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile).
Hero banner: the client's domain with a live status dot, the reporting period (the 30-day window most metrics describe), and the campaign start. Charts begin one month before kickoff so the before/after is visible.

iEvery metric in the report has an "i" icon exactly like this one. Hover it (tap on mobile) for a plain-English definition. No jargon goes unexplained.
Unless labeled otherwise, every delta compares against the previous 30 days. Green means improvement, red means decline, grey means no meaningful change.

▶What is this section for?
PurposeThe whole story on one screen. If a client reads nothing else, they read this. Four numbers should tell them how the campaign is going.
What is on screen
Four pillar cards, one per channel, each led by the single number that matters most, with three supporting metrics.
Authority strip: six campaign-to-date indicators in one row, with a footnote confirming the delta window.
How to read itEvery pillar answers "what is the headline for this channel?" Skim the four hero numbers first; drill into a section only where the conversation goes.

▶What is this section for?
PurposeProof of exactly what the investment produced, month by month. This is the section that justifies the retainer: deliverables with receipts.
What is on screen
Each month since kickoff is a collapsible group of deliverables, every item carrying a green Complete or amber In Progress badge.
Expandable receipts: articles open to the live title, keywords, and date; links open to the source URL, target page, anchor text, and the source site's Domain Rating.
Placements are spread across distinct publisher domains deliberately; link diversity is part of the strategy.
How to read itOpen the newest month live in the meeting and click into one article and one link placement. Receipts beat summaries. The month items always sum to the Overview's "Work completed" figure.

▶What is this section for?
PurposeThe newest and fastest-growing part of the buying journey: how often AI assistants cite the brand when customers ask for recommendations.
What is on screen
Total citations (30 days) as the hero, with the month-by-month AIR Score momentum chart beside it. The climb is visual proof that AI visibility is being built, not bought.
Score tiles: AIR Score with its target, Sentiment, and Reputation.
Visibility by AI model, plus citations by topic and the most cited pages.

▶What is this section for?
PurposeGround truth from Google itself. Impressions, clicks, and rankings straight from the source, with nothing modeled or estimated.
What is on screen
Performance chart: monthly Impressions and URL Clicks as bars (log scale keeps both readable) with the Average Position line overlaid and a shaded wash marking campaign start.
KPI strip: Clicks, Impressions, and CTR plus Average Position for queries ranking in the top 20.
Top queries and top pages leaderboards with clicks, impressions, CTR, position, and 30-day deltas.

The three-act flow walks Acquisition to Behavior to Outcomes (contact, calls, quote requests). Landing pages are tagged by service and service area, using the site's real URL structure.
▶What is this section for?
PurposeWhat visitors do once they arrive. Search visibility is only worth what the resulting visits are worth.
What is on screen
Sessions chart with the campaign engagement marker.
Three-act flow: Acquisition (sessions, new users), then Behavior (engagement, time on site, bounce), then Outcomes (the actions that matter).
Top landing pages with sessions, engaged sessions, and sessions per user.
How to read itFor a local service business the win is not raw traffic, it is qualified traffic. Modest session counts with high engagement and real outcomes beat big anonymous numbers.

Recent reviews are real and verbatim, including a 4★ with a thoughtful owner reply. Maps-heavy views are normal and healthy for local trades.
▶What is this section for?
PurposeReviews, Maps, and listings. For a local business this is often the highest-converting channel in the whole report.
What is on screen
Reputation snapshot: rating, review count, the reputation-management actions taken this period, and Total reviews with Response rate.
Business Profile grid: six tiles covering views, search vs. maps discovery, directions, website clicks, and phone clicks.
Live directories (green = live, amber = in progress) with the full list expandable, plus recent reviews with the owner's responses.
How to read itImperfect ratings are included deliberately. A wall of perfect reviews reads as curated; a well-handled critical review builds more trust than hiding it.

Before a report ships
Reporting window: period metrics are trailing 30 days; charts show the campaign trend starting one month before kickoff for baseline context.
Cross-checks that must reconcile: AI model counts sum to total citations; Work Done items sum to the Overview's "Work completed"; directory live and in-progress dots match the "X of Y" header; every leaderboard row's deltas point a consistent direction.
Branding: the report is white-label and re-themeable via CSS variables. This compendium ships in a matching version for each report variant.
